NCHS needs your help to continue & expand our work. We have BIG plans that include community murals; signage at historic sites; development of Welcome Center; and a museum to house artifacts collected over decades.

Keynote speaker will be Judge Carlton Reeves of the US District Court for Southern District Mississippi.

The Mississippi Historical Society is a nonprofit organization that works closely with the Mississippi Department of Archives and History to promote understanding of the state's history. Founded in 1858, the modern Society dates to its reactivation in 1952 and has held annual meetings since 1953.
